From and inclusive of Thomas Ann’s (Mason) and three tenements opposite the Weslyan Chapel along the top of Back Street to John Smith’s (Raglan Castle) thence to the Bath returning to the cottages on the top of Streamleaze by the Beer Shop (7 Stars) down Bulls Lane and back to Joseph Simm’s and houses in Horseshoe Lane – then to Thomas Wise’s  and houses below opposite the Baptist Chapel to Mutton Lane – Police Station house and others in St John’s Street right and left to William Knapps (Blacksmith) and cottages on right hand of Colwell St Lane  commonly called Collisters Lane passing back up the Back Street from George Thomas’s (Shopkeeper) right and left (including Silver Street) to Thomas Facey’s (General Shopkeeper) at the top of the street.
