Commencing at the Villa, thence to the cottage at Poultry Brook Lane to Mr Taylor's Span Cottage thence down the west side of the High Street including the Vicarage & Castle and Lodges - next to the Pound House, the one adjoining & Old Rectory House - then up the east side of Castle Street and Colwell Street, down Colwell Street Lane right and left to the Union Workhouse and Lodge & the cottages near, returning to & including late Knapp’s house (Miss Paynter's), thence to John Day's and houses on the same side of Colwell Street and up the east side of High Street including the cottage in Soapers Lane to the house next to the Railway Station  at the entrance to the town.
