Commencing at the Villa 'Dungevan', thence to the cottage in Poultry Brook Lane to Chambers 'Rosemount', thence down the west side of the High Street and Castle Street including the Vicarage & Castle and Lodges - next to the Pound House, the one adjoining & Old Rectory House - then up the east side of Castle Street and The Plain, down Gloucester Road right and left including the cottage close to and the house opposite the Workhouse (Sainsbury) and returning up the road to Gloucester Villa (Carters), thence to Bartlett's, butcher, and houses on the same side of The Plain and up the east side of High Street including the cottage in Soapers Lane to the house next to the Railway Station at the entrance to the town.
