Commencing at Thornbury Farm, then the Villa, thence to Chambers 'Rosemount', thence down the west side of the High Street and Castle Street including the cottage (Potter) and cottages behind, Thornbury House, Vicarage, Castle and Lodges, The Parks and Gas House, next to the Pound House, the one adjoining & Old Rectory House - then up the east side of Castle Street and The Plain, down Gloucester Road right and left including the cottage close to and the house opposite the Workhouse (Sainsbury) and returning up the road taking the new houses (Cullimore's) to Gloucester Villa, now Syme's Shop, thence to Bartlett's, butcher and houses on the same side of The Plain and up the east side of High Street finishing up at the house next to the Railway Station.
