During this time we have traced some of the families who occupied the house: The Gerrish family - click here for more information George Stone - the Special Drainage District Rate Book of 1876 shows that George Stone was a tenant here. This would appear to be a temporary arrangement as we know that Mrs Stone moved to Thornbury in July 1875 and the family were living in number 20 Gloucester Road by 1881.
